Sophie's Twister Is #81 at Ellison Lane Summer Sewing Contest

This quilt was a labor of love for me. The idea of cutting up a quilt after you had just sewn it together was mind-boggling but the results are well worth the additional effort. I used the "Lil Twister" ruler on this project. I love Moda's Vintage Modern and the "Twister" rulers. I bought some more fabric and ordered the larger size "Twister" ruler from CS Designs before I finished the quilt.


Sophie was born May 16, 2012, at the beginning of summer, so it only made since to enter "Sophie's Twister" in:
