Hi I am Lisa and have been blogging since 2012! The comments came to my email and I would answerones that I could and read them all.  Then one Update and they stopped coming.  It was happening to everyone and all bloggers are very displeased.

Now, I think it might be fixed!
Not sure so that is where YOU come in!
Could you leave a comment saying
anything “nice” of course.
Not about me but about anything you like.
Just to see if I get it.
It would be very appreciated!

Here are a few pictures of what I have been doing!
We drove for 2 days to get to SIL in Florida!

Sign that makes you kinda scared at a rest stop

Sitting in car, keeping my hands busy!

Finished this buck from Heidi Boyd I love her kits!
They come with everything you need to make her delightful creatures.
Except the Aurifil Floss (aurifil snob) I admit it!

I am doing something I never thought I would try again.
Making Hexi’s, in issue 61 Love Of Patchwork and Quilting they gave away the papers and a pattern.
Matthew of Mister Domestic has a great tutorial on how to glue baste.
Sew my hands aren’t cramping before I start.

This is the only magazine I have delivered to my house.
In the states, it is easier to get a subscription than hunt the issues down in book stores.

Well you are caught up on my heartache and car ride.
Now, please leave a comment!
All my heart!
Lisa

  1. Hi Lisa! Yikes, knowing there are snakes of any kind nearby would freak me out. I'd stay safely in the car too...with my legs tucked up under me Adorable buck and hexies. Enjoy your trip! We are traveling home from Minnesota and a family reunion.

  2. Earlier this morning I was sitting on the porch watching a bluebird flitting around my front yard. Such pretty little birds and it makes me happy to see them.

  3. Hope you fixed the blogging issue. I too had problems but found the fix through another blogger. Love the little deer!

  4. If it is fixed, how did you fix it? I have been having the same problem! Yikes on the sign -- I've seen the beware of alligator signs when I've visited Florida, but not the snake sign! Shudder. :)

  10. Hi Lisa, Hexi's aren't my thing. I think they look good. But I just can't get interested in making them.

  11. Interesting shape for your English Paper piecing. I look forward to seeing what that's going to be! I'd have been sitting in the car, too, after I read that snake sign! Trying this twice, because the first one just blinked away and nothing happened!

  12. Hi Lisa,
I hope, it works! :) It was areal putty, that it didn't work for this time.
    The reindeer looks real sweet.

  13. I love reading your blog! Been a follower for a while now... You were right to not get out of the car at the rest stop. With all the gator news lately, just saying. I love your cute travel projects. I can't do those when we travel - my dh tries to hit every pothole he can find. Not good for sharp tools! Safe travels and have fun. <3

  15. One of our nicest footpaths is a no go area as there are so many Adders breeding there. The Adder is our only poisonous snake. Why did they have to move almost next door?

  16. Hi Lisa, I left a comment yesterday. I don't see it.

  19. Love the buck, and that sign is so much more terrifying than Beware of Dog. I was getting no comments too and didn't catch on. :-O
