The Fat Quarter Shop wants to introduce you to the 2015 Snapshots Quilt Along which will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The Quilt Along has 12 traditionally pieced picturesque (novelty) blocks that capture and celebrate moments of happiness in our lives. The FQS will release the first block pattern on January 15, 2015, when the Snapshots Quilt Along officially starts. On the15th of each month the next pattern will be released for the rest of 2015. All the FQS asks from the participants is to donate to St. Jude every time you download the patterns. Black and White Back to basics with thread This is a hands-on giveaway! 1. If you win you have to sew something (anything) with the Aurifil threads you are sent within 30 days and share it here! 2. All the other colors didn't come into my life until I decided to stitch in the ditch on some potholders. I still use more black and white thread than any other colors! (white for everything light colored and black for the darker colors)! What color thread do you use the most? Hi Everyone! Well once again I feel like the year is zipping by and leaving me behind in a big way!
