    I HAD to use Aurifil thread in order to enter a contest, and I am so glad I did, now I am hooked. I am slowly adding to my "stash", but it doesn't look as awesome as yours does.

    Yes, it's nice thread, alright. The initial cost seems high until you realize that you get 1300 meters, which is 2.5 times the Mettler large spool, though I still use Mettler, too.
