My work in progress or WIP
for this Wednesday (I know today is Tuesday)
is hand quilting this mini quilt!

I am hand quilting the Flowering Snowball Mini
with Aurifil 12 wt. Thread using
#2021 Natural White!

As you look at the colors in this quilt
you can see I could have used a variety of colors
if I wanted the quilting to be the main focus
but I didn't in this case.

By using the white you see the beautiful sheen
off the white but it blends with the white fabric.

Aurifil 12 wt. threads are an excellent way of
adding decorative stitches to projects
and hand quilting.

I love the look of how it makes
the quilting pattern stand out
without taking away from the
overall appearance of the quilt.
