Welcome All to
In The Boon Docks!

Hi! I am Lisa, Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, veteran, and artist. In a rural area of West Virginia, USA, my family and I, live with 3 dogs, 7 chickens, a squirrel, and miscellaneous deer (they live in our woods). We grow, can, and freeze, both fruits and vegetables. I will admit I am a awful cook but my husband is a culinary genius.

I love to blog, blog hop, swap, sew, quilt, crochet, knit, and just about any DIY project. I am a fabric and Aurifil thread lover! Hopefully, some of the things I write about here will interest you and keep you entertained. If so, please leave a comment occasionally and follow. Follow any way you like if I don't have it available, just send me an email.

  71. Yes, I did laugh at the scissors picture because I quite often say I wish I had a pair with me when I see somebody wearing something that I would love a piece of for my crazy quilting. I've even been followed around in dress shops when I've been overheard saying I would love to cut a piece out of a certain piece of clothing - funny how the salespeople get a little ansty over that! Thank you so much for inviting us to pay you a visit.

    ReplyDelete
