Coffee Break Whatever

Welcome to "In The Boon Docks"! I am Lisa and I am so happy to be part of "Growing Your Blog". Thank you Vicki @ 2 Bags Full for all your hard work to make this happen. Here I write about living in a rural area, children, family, and crafting. When I say crafting I mean sewing, quilting, crocheting, and knitting! I love blog hops and meeting new people online! Giveaways are done at least monthly to entertain me! Normally giveaway prizes are sewing items (books, fabric, tools) today's giveaway is a pouch I made just for one of you. I love creating unique gifts with fun fabric. My style is modern but I love traditional!

I am a member of the West Virginia Modern Quilt Guild. My quilts are listed under the Quilt Tab at the top of the blog if you would like to look at some of my work from 2012. I began blogging just over one year ago to document my quilting journey and in addition found a whole new world of like minded souls. I participate in flickr swaps and Bee's. I love it!

So now for the Giveaway! It is open to all people from anywhere in the world. If you are a no-reply blogger please leave a email address or you cannot win! You have (2) ways to enter!

(1). Leave a comment answer this question "If you had a baby girl today what would you name her"?

(2). If you are a follower of "In The Boon Docks". Leave a second comment saying so! New followers are always welcome. Please feel free to sign up as a email subscriber or through Google and remember to leave a second comment for an extra chance!

This Giveaway will end on February 1, 2013. I will email the winner and post an update to this blog of who was the winner!

  49. My favorite girl's name is Fiona. As I don't plan on having kids, I hope to name a pet that some day.

  50. Congrats on your beautiful granddaughter! Zoey is a cute name. My kids are 17 and 20 now, so it's been awhile since I've had to think about baby names. Madison was the girls name we had picked out if our son had been a girl, and I still really like that name, but if it was now, I would probably think of something more unique. Our friends named their baby Kaydence, and I have been hearing it alot lately. Love that name.

Stopped by from Bird Lady Blog.
