One of my favorite tools

I once hated sewing strips and the little pieces for paper piecing
then ironing after each one.
Up and down, up and down, for one block!

Then I found this great little tool called a Wooden Press.
Available at the Fat Quarter Shop for $5.25!
(I am sure you can find them other places but I couldn't)

You just run it down the seam and it is just like you ironed it.
I didn't believe it until I saw it for myself!
But it works perfect!

Best investment you will make this year!
Such a time saver and inexpensive!

I read about this tool in an old paper piecing book and I am making this recommendation on my own without any compensation! I bought my own!

    I have that part too, getting up and getting down, plus hubby doesn't like me leaving the iron on while I sew, to many things using up electricity. I am putting it on my wishlist.
