Sew Whatcha Making? linky Party

Hello out there! I am trying to decide if I want to invest time and a little money into having a linky party once a month or once a week! Maybe not at all! My questions to you is would you come and link up?

My idea is once a month I would do a post on what I have been making with the link. You could link anything you have created! Crocheting, knitting, sewing, quilting, paper crafts. I don't know maybe you paint rocks, like my friend does.

Then we could all look around and be inspired! Do you want prizes? Everyone who enters a link is entered into a giveaway for something? Which sign do you like best, top or bottom, start over!

I have wanted to do something creatve for a longtime then I got lost in the ease of Instagram but I realized not everyone who reads a blog is on instagram. Different people like to change it up a bit but my heart is still in blogging and creating.

So tell me what you think and help me make a decision. Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a comment. Lisa

  1. Sounds like a good idea to me. I love linky parties with or without prizes, but I wouldn't complain about a giveaway. Have found many new bloggers at the parties. Instagram is great but I still like the slower pace of blogging.

  2. I don't have a blog or instagram but I do post in linky parties fairly often. I link from flickr. I like when there is a giveaway and think that it could increase participation, especially when you are starting out. I like looking at the projects and leaving comments and also getting comments on my projects.

  3. I do like a good linky party, but I don't always have something in the process of being made. A job seems to get in my way of creating! When I do have a project going, I like to link it up to a party just to share and look at other projects. Prizes might be a great encouragement for creative souls to link up! I like that you are opening the doors to a wide varity of crafts...I think it would go over well!

  4. I think linkys are fun, and I love prizes (who doesn't love prizes?!). I like the bottom sign best, but it's a close call. :)
